All special events taking place around the campus are required to submit a scheduling request via email to Mrs. Gween Suvada at gsuvada@stmonica.us. Submitting the request does NOT guarantee approval. You will receive confirmation from the scheduling team advising if the room requested is available and if your event is approved.
